I am so disappointed in the customer service, not the physicians service. The physicians are very respectful and caring. It is the staff who when you call or have an issue, they make you do all the work, ie call the pharmacy, call the prior authorization dept, or whatever. Samantha, and Jamie had no care at all. They only advised that they didnt work in each other’s department, never handling anything. I’m so disappointed that a Clinical Manager and Nurse would not know what to do in a specialty clinic. Had my bariatric sleeve surgery 2/1/21. It has been a life changing experience. Dr. Kelly and his team are awesome. I had no issues with anything once the process started. Everyone was great. To date I have lost almost 200 lbs with more weight loss to come. My 5 year plan is on track. I would definitely recommend this office for any bariatric needs.
AJA is a wonderful nurse. She is sweet and personable and keeps you laughing!
Awesome experience as always. The check-in clerk was professional. Aja was friendly and courteous. The PA ( Chivas) was phenomenally thorough. She answered all questions and offererd a wonderful array of options. Love . . this staff
