I traveled from eastern PA to attend a memorial service for my sister-in-law and her brother. The Chapel was clean, the grounds well tended, and the ground's keeper Jackie was very welcoming and helpful. Jackie called me twice to update me on service time changes. She allowed me to see the headstone before installed. And Jackie helped me place a special remembrance after the service as the urns were buried, sending a photo of her placement. I have been trying to reach the owner of memorial gardens about a deed to a plot that I was given after the death of my mother in 2015. it’s now 2023 & no email communication, no phone calls returned but I got stopped by the ground maintenance man when I was visiting my mothers plot recently & he asked me what I was doing there.. at a grave yard sir? Just hanging out what does it look like I am doing here.
