Money is all they care about! We overheard the funeral director gloating to the owner about how expensive he made the funeral bill. The place is a dump. They herd you through like cattle and forget about you. All they care about is money and it really shows! AVOID THIS PLACE.
Wasn't real happy with the arrangements for the recent passing of my father, Charles Carlson. His casket seemed a whole lot cheaper than the "solid oak" casket we picked out. His casket actually broke near the bottom at the grave site. Also, was told we needed to let the military know at least 48 hours in advance in order for my father to get a funeral with full military honors, which we did.
