My fiance and I came in with a ring from the 1920s, one of the stones was backing out of its setting and prongs were missing on another setting. Not only were these issues expertly resolved, but they were also able to re-do the filigree (etching) on the band as it had faded over the last 90 years. We went in to have a ring re-sized. The owner (I think) greeted us and started helping us immediately. The re-sizing was $10 cheaper and 7 days faster than others quoted. We had the ring back the next day. They did a really good job. Will definitely recommend! Excellent customer service.

I recently acquired my mother's birthstone she had worn most of her life. The band was thin from wear and the setting was dated. Mr. Franco designed a new setting that was both beautiful and contemporary with very little input from me. I am proud to wear my Mother's ring again. The price was more than reasonable and the turn around time was good. I will definitely use Memorial Fine Jewelry again for any custom work and I will recommend then to my friends.

I have taken a lot of my jewelry here for many reasons and they have done a wonderful job on everything and they have super reasonable prices. I have gotten rings sized, necklaces and bracelet clasps fixed, and the most recent was a stone replacement on my original engagement ring. I brought in a new stone and realized it was a little too big to fit in the basket that was currently there but they were able to order a new basket and make the ring look more beautiful than I could of imagined and it barely cost anything. I'm a hairstylist and had so much product build up on my diamond ring my boyfriend had given me from shampoos, conditioners, toners, styling products, you name it, so I needed a very good EXTREME deep ring cleaning. The price was very reasonable and my ring has NEVER been this clean, shiny, and sparkly. It is cleaner than when I got the ring! My boyfriend and I are completely satisfied!
