I'm not usually one to write reviews, but today, this is a highly deserved rating. The entire staff went above and beyond for an urgent matter (of course — they didn't 'have to'... but they did) I had, and the courtesy, respect and kindness presented was absolutely commendable. Dr. Kapraly is fantastic, genuine and thorough — in addition to every staff member in the office from the nurses to the front desk. New patient, scheduled appointment three days ago, received phone call morning of appointment, doctors sick, need to reschedule. How good is the care if they haven't a backup contingency to accommodate the patients? Unimpressed, will find a more professional, customer based faucility.
