Pleasant experience. It was my first time there, everyone was so nice.
THEY MADE UP LIES AND VIOLATED MY DAUGHTER'S HIPPA PRIVACY AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!!!! Worst experience in my entire life. I've never had a worse experience at any medical facility before!! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. Every time I called, she was dismissive and interrupted me. Her choice of language and attitude was completely inappropriate for such a job. On one occasion, when I called, she just kept telling me to "Go to an urgent care" because the doctor was booked for months. Another time, when I mispronounced something, she laughed at me over the phone. I feel that she needs to be trained properly or let ... read more
