THEY MADE UP LIES AND VIOLATED MY DAUGHTER'S HIPPA PRIVACY AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!!!! Worst experience in my entire life. Fair warning to any one thinking of taking your child here, please think twice unless you want children and youth to show up at your house. We brought my 3 yr old daughter here for an ear ache that she complained about earlier in the day. I've never had a worse experience at any medical facility before!! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. Every time I called, she was dismissive and interrupted me. Her choice of language and attitude was completely inappropriate for such a job. On one occasion, when I called, she just kept telling me to "Go to an urgent care" because the doctor was booked for months. Another time, when I mispronounced something, she laughed at me over the phone. I feel that she needs to be trained properly or let ... read more

When Doctor Perez was there, this was a really good practice. Since she left, it has become awful. You can never get appointments and are told to go to Urgent Care. My son was sick with a fever, severe headache and congestion. I called several times and without even seeing him, was told that it was more than likely viral and treat with over the counter meds.
