They're helping my mom with a long standing medical issue, but simply will NOT answer their phones. It makes it impossible to get referrals finished in a timely manner, because we have to keep going into the clinic to get anything done. They also aren't helping with finding specialists within network for my mom's insurance, we're making all those calls, then having to go back here just to get the referral because again, they won't answer the phone.
