Dr. Doan as the eye doctor, great skill and great experience, probably one of the best experience in very long time dealing with eye doctors. Dr. Doan as the manager / owner plus the office team an absolute horrible experience and I hope they can take this feedback in a more positive and humble way. My experience of this location was horrible! The manager who is Asian, her name is CHAU.... Folks she is a total B###! She acts if though her stuff doesn't stink! She is very rude to the employees and to the customers. Also, she quoted me on a pair of specs and lied about the price. I asked about a refund and she said that I was due a refund and when I asked about it she changed her story. She is waiting for you to tell her all about your insurance and she find wyas to tell you that all what you are covered for isn't covered... read more
