I arrived at 3:20 for my 3:30 appointment. Dr. Wong did not see me until 4:35. When she came in the room and asked how I'm doing, I replied, "I've been waiting an hour.". Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she became defensive and started asked if I want to reschedule. I stated that I was sitting there and if we could just do the exam.
