It took about 2.5 hours for my husband and I to get a simple physical and blood draw (with an appointment). Then when I returned to get state required medical forms today, they said it was $500 for our forms even though they never mentioned that before. The forms were filled out sloppily and my name was spelled wrong. Terrible. I will never return here and would not recommend it.
