I’m not really sure who design this process of standing in front of an employee at check-in, writing your name on a piece of paper, putting it in a box, and then that employee taking it out of the box, calling your name, asking you for the EXACT same information you had to write on the piece of paper, and then having you sit down and wait…but they were not an “Efficiency Expert.” We could lower the cost of healthcare if we could just do away with the stupid stuff.
