This place is no longer in business. Unfortunately took me physically going down there to find this out because there was no advanced notice made this was happening. Once arrived at the clinic there was a note on the door saying they closed due to Bonnie Judd retiring, if I would have known this was going to occur I would have found another doctors office (had only been going to them for a few months).
Would be 5 stars if the receptionist would answer the phone and you could get ahold of someone once in a while.
