My father was denied a proper burial to this day. I find it awfully strange that my gpas large diamond masons ring (worth a substantial amaount) and his army corps of engineers rings went missing. When person propery was handed to family he stated he didnt get the chance to clean off my fathers remains so that envelop didnt get opened on site. I feel that they went above and beyond for me and my family in the worst time of my life. They made sure we understood what was goin on as well as worked with family's schedule. I hate that I had to use their services but am very greatful for the experience I had with them as I've heard lots of horror stories from other people at different funeral homes

Very unimpressed with how they treated my grieving family. We chose to not do any services through the funeral home besides cremation. During the cost explanation, the guy working with us did take the time to breakdown what each amount was for; telling me about their electric and operating costs. Do you think people give a flying fk about your electric bill not even 24 hours after their mom passed suddenly? Absolutely have no idea if the ashes I received after searching for them , are really my sisters. No one identified her. No one authorized cremation. No one paid for the cremation . I need answers and I wont stop until I get them . How dare you do this to anyone. I know more people from Waynesville , St. Robert that are dealing with the same issue. No respect Ide like to know who paid them also ?
