Avoid this poorly run and inept office with everything you can. My Memorial Care Dr referred me here for a take home sleep study in January. It is now the middle of April and they have not managed to make it happen I've called them maybe 15 times. Most the time you get a message to leave a voicemail, which they never return. On the rare occasion you get through to someone they take no ownership in your problem and throw everything back on you. I have never dealt with an office with such a useless administrative staff. Bed was more comfortable than I was expecting and the techs were friendly. Overall not bad! In addition to the bed, the rooms have a desk (with chair) and then the weird blue chair -- I think it might flatten out? Wasn't comfy for sitting but that's fine.
My doctor put in a referral for my toddler and I have called this place several times nobody answers you always get the voice machine asking to leave patient name and date of birth and nobody calls you back…. Very disappointing I was happy to finally try and get answers after almost three years of not sleeping, only to be ghosted by this place
So far so good.
