The staff is EXTREMELY nice on the phone , makes me excited to group therapy. I haven't had an in person Visit yet, so far just my phone call/video to get ready for group therapy. It's nothing to be ashamed or afraid of. I look forward to it.
They claim to care about your mental health. Then after 6 months of counseling and making progress, they tell you they no longer accept your insurance. They deny people who have dual options, also known as the poor persons insurance. Then you are left with no counseling and no options for mental healthcare. There are just no providers that want to deal with people that are poor and all the paperwork that the insurance companies ask for.
