I had a great experience with the wheel balancing service for the first time. It was completed in just 45 minutes, as promised. Despite being a busy Saturday morning, the staff was efficient and attentive. Highly recommend!
I was surprised and delighted with the service from Memorial Autos. I rang early and mentioned I had an issue with the brakes and sensing the urgency of the matter, Steve said I should bring it in to the shop on the same day. Both front and rear brakes were fixed plus a few other niggly issues were also addressed without charge, e.g., large dent in the rear bumper, corroded wiper blades replaced and finally the car was washed. Great service all round.
The gentleman who took care of me was very very nice!! He took the time to explain everything fully and gave me options!! I highly recommend this place!!
