So unfortunate the new owners (Red Carpet) are taking this business down quickly. Mark was amazing and caring. Had vehicle in for a quote and it was $1700.00 for a ball joint and back brakes. Went to Lamberts who told me we actually needed two ball joints in addition to the back brakes. Got the work done (with the extra ball joint) for $1050.00! Extremely good service!
Employees were all very nice but I dealt with alot of problems with them and high price. 300$ for mounting 4 basic loose truck tires on brand new 16" rims plus a flat repair. In the cost was a tpms sensor for the flat repair that did not fix the leak nor was needed on the vehicle. In those costs was a 50$ sensor I did not need and 3 hours shop rate which why? They made an appointment for me at 4:30pm on a Friday (they close as 5pm) to learn my tire pressure sensor to my car. They gave me excellent service from reception to the brief interaction I had with one of the techs. Best of all, they didn’t even charge me. 5 out of 5 stars. I will be a returning customer. We had car problems during our 4 hour car trip and we're stuck in orillia trying to find an auto shop. Memorial auto services were able to fit us in right away and get us back on the road! Great costumer service and will definitely be coming back!!
