The repairs took much longer than promised, and cost way more than quoted. When I finally got my car back, the issue wasn’t resolved, and I had to take it elsewhere for additional repairs. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop.
Before Memorial auto, I used to take my vehicle to another mechanic. I felt they were taking me for a ride. I talked to my buddy, he suggested Memorial Auto due to his own experience. That's when Memorial Auto became my mechanic. After they completed a repair that did need to be done. It was by far a much lower cost than I was quoted at the other mechanic.
