Very honest shop. I’ve taken my car in for issues other shops tried to run me down for and this shop has gone out of their way to save me unnecessary repair costs. They’ve earned my trust and so I will absolutely keep bringing them my business. I actually enjoy (as much as possible) when I have to take my car in because of this.
I had a 2017 Dodge ram in for certification. The repairs and the price were definitely reasonable. But the five stars go mostly towards the young lady behind the counter who was very knowledgeable and courteous. Good customer service makes for a loyal customer. I definitely recommend them.
So unfortunate the new owners (Red Carpet) are taking this business down quickly. Mark was amazing and caring. Had vehicle in for a quote and it was $1700.00 for a ball joint and back brakes. Went to Lamberts who told me we actually needed two ball joints in addition to the back brakes. Got the work done (with the extra ball joint) for $1050.00! Extremely good service!
Employees were all very nice but I dealt with alot of problems with them and high price. 300$ for mounting 4 basic loose truck tires on brand new 16" rims plus a flat repair. In the cost was a tpms sensor for the flat repair that did not fix the leak nor was needed on the vehicle. In those costs was a 50$ sensor I did not need and 3 hours shop rate which why?
