I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, LeeAnne and your company in extending such professionalism, courtesy and sympathies during the purchase of my brother’s memorial. We lost our child in June. We ordered a stone from Memorial Arts 3 days after we lost him. They told us it would take 2 weeks to get a sketch of the stone, and we would have to approve it. At around 2 weeks I started calling them to see if the sketch was in. No sketch. I called 2 times per week up until about the 5 week point. Each time a person would say to me "OOOO that's so weird that you haven't received it yet! It only takes 2 weeks... we will look into this". The staff was wonderful when my family and I were looking for a headstone. They took their time showed us samples and various drawings that we could add. Other companies that we looked at seemed to be rushing us out since we were having a hard time. I cannot express how pleasant it was to have someone understand that this was not a quick easy task one takes on. The prices were in the middle from other places we looked, I found the reasonable.
They were given the artwork with the text and still made mistakes. I have to go back to see if they got it right this time. Not doing it right in stone is costly. One would think they'd take more care ........ dn
