I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, LeeAnne and your company in extending such professionalism, courtesy and sympathies during the purchase of my brother’s memorial. I go every weekend to bring flowers and much to my surprise I go and the gravestone is there, although I’m missing terribly my only brother. We lost our child in June. We ordered a stone from Memorial Arts 3 days after we lost him. They told us it would take 2 weeks to get a sketch of the stone, and we would have to approve it. At around 2 weeks I started calling them to see if the sketch was in. No sketch. I called 2 times per week up until about the 5 week point. Each time a person would say to me "OOOO that's so weird that you haven't received it yet! It only takes 2 weeks... we will look into this". The staff was wonderful when my family and I were looking for a headstone. They took their time showed us samples and various drawings that we could add. Other companies that we looked at seemed to be rushing us out since we were having a hard time. I cannot express how pleasant it was to have someone understand that this was not a quick easy task one takes on. The prices were in the middle from other places we looked, I found the reasonable.

They were given the artwork with the text and still made mistakes. I have to go back to see if they got it right this time. Not doing it right in stone is costly. One would think they'd take more care ........ dn
