We have had constant miscommunications with Gerald. Our mothers memorial is delayed repeatedly since we started the process with Memorial Art Company. Terrible experience and not something I'd want anyone to deal with after a family death.
I contracted with them over the.phone from out of state and I have to admit I was a little worried because their price was so reasonable and it was just to easy to work with them. That worry was a complete waste of time on my part. It was not only completed before the due date, but was beautiful. They matched the existing font and spacing perfectly. I would recommend them without hesitation.
