My mother is buried in Utah. My family wasn't able to get into contact with a headstone company (we live out of state). So, shortly after I turned 18, I decided it was time to figure this out. So I flew out to Utah to get her headstone. I stopped in one day and was given a fair price and they were capable of everything my family and I wanted. So I paid and was given a three-month estimate. Although their prices seem fair they aren't too friendly or compassionate.... The woman didn't take time to really go over different styles or give many examples she basically said "Slanted or not for a single person?" Just a blah experience

It has been over a year since my grandfather died and his headstone is still not set. My grandmother was originally told it would take 6-8 months. I understand that delays happen, that's not what was upsetting about my experience with this company. What was upsetting was how abrupt and abrasive the woman was that I spoke with when I called to ask for a status update. This was my first time ever calling and she seemed irritated, annoyed and put out that I was even calling. I would highly recommend that they train their employ... read more

Memorial Art Monuments was great to work with after my dad passed. They walked us through some options and different styles of headstones and were flexible when we had a few ideas after the first meeting - putting together additional designs and emailing them over. Their work was flawless and the headstone turned out perfect. Additionally, their prices are competitive and fair. The headstone was also completed and set at the cemetery about a month earlier than expected.
