We have been at this practice for about 4 years with two different babies, now growing little ones, with food and environmental allergies. We love the whole practice. There is research behind Dr. Dillard’s explanations, but also, the care is very personal and they show such care for us through the challenge of navigating allergies with children.
Love this place. We’ve been going for years and it’s made such a difference for our kids. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Dillard is wonderful, but the office support has really gone downhill over the last year. When I try to call the office, I'm usually sent straight to voicemail (during business hours). And even though I leave repeated voicemails in the "general mailbox", my calls are not returned. The demeanor of the administrative staff used to be very helpful and friendly. But over the last few months whenever I call their office, I get a very rushed, monotone and unaccommodating response. That's not what I'm looking for when it comes ... read more
Dr. Dillard and her staff are all extremely professional, kind, and caring. Every phone call and interaction I have had with them has been five stars. Dr. Dillard also does an amazing job explaining the medical side and helping us feel confident in our action plan. Thank you!
