Great doctors but terrible unorganized team. Be lucky if the doctor is even informed correctly on your symptoms by his team. Be lucky if you receive a call back upon request to speak to the doctor who told me to ask for him directly. Good luck going to them in general. What could be an office of greatness is not managed correctly. We understand how busy it can get but something needs done to organize things and follow through with there words.
I was admitted in the Boardman hospital with 2 kidney stones UTI infection ecoli in my kidneys & blood & infection I was in bed shape. Dr Memo & his staff were fantastic! I was driving over 1 hours for my other kidney Dr & now I'm much I see Dr Memo & his staff are fantastic. My last Kidney Dr was fantastic as well I just don't have to to ask for. Thank you Dr Memo&Staff your PHENOMENAL!!
Everybody is friendly and they take the time to explain everything.
This Doctor and his staff do not show concern for patients. They do not follow through cancel procedures with out telling you. Promise results for test and never contact you. THE DOCTOR IS GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES BUT TERRIBLE AT DOING WHAT HE SAYS AFTER!! Was waiting for cancer results and was told results would be in 7 to 10 days and would call. They had results and never called was gonna let wait for 8 week appointment. Treating and diagnosis of cancer is a critical timely matter.
I will never go back to neo and associates. I fasted for over 14 hours, skipped certain medicine, canceled our home health aides, and left me in the room over 2 hours. NEO and ASSOCIATES they are a DISGRACE. Go to UROGYNECOLOGIST. They don't have the decency to contact you earlier prior to the surgery if the person needs to be certified y another doctor. Go elsewhere
