Terrible company, I switched to Memic this year after someone had suggested I use them for worker comp insurance. I assure you this was poor advice that I recieved. I paid my premium up through the entire year on February, but last month (May) I hired another employee. Sure enough the was a $142 premium balance now for the year. Which is no big deal if I would have been notified of the balance difference I would be happy to pay it. However today I got a cancelation notice that's effective July for past due premium of $142. What a joke of a company! Poor customer service, their lawyers are liars and there sole purpose is to screw over the poor people who have to deal with this company.
These guys are nothing but the prototypical take your money insurance company and"oh sorry we cant help you" when you need to use your insurance that you pay for........TERRIBLE
