We have been coming here for a few months. They have been the only dentist that has been thorough, kind, straight forward and done good work. Yes, like most dentists in the area, the appointments go out at least a month. They have emergency appointments available sometimes. Honestly, they have been pretty amazing to my mom. The doctor and everyone that works there is lovely.
The worst of the worst do not recommend at all do not waste your time even coming here they don’t even answer phone calls i have never been to a dentist office that is this bad I wouldn’t even leave a star. Super rude as well! Don’t come here!!
Long story short it took 6 months for healthy smiles monmouth to even send the referral for my wisdom teeth. During that time I called many many times and left many many voicemails. The one phone call I was able to get someone on the phone, (after dozens of attempts) they informed my my referral had never been sent but they would do it the next day. That turned out to be a lie. 4 different dentist in 4 visits. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Still have tooth problems. They take there sweet time when you need a referral. Now I have a serious infection and going to a emergency dentist. My doctor prescribed a antibiotic. Said don't return there. And I won't.
