The people who work there are so nice and cool and chill and don't make things confusing or complicating and they do such great work on my teeth. I highly recommend them!
Worst place i’ve ever had any work done. Dr. Baker is the most un- gentle dentist. I was first there and had a large cavity filled and he was shotty and didn’t take the time to numb me up with any compassion. JAB JAB So a few months later I needed a cleaning. I figured it would be better and maybe I was just being sensitive ….. NOPE !!! Within 1 minute of being in that chair my body had jumped twice!! I THEN SAID IM DONE. !! Save yourself and go to a Dentist that cares!
I have had great experiences here (Albany). I needed extensive work done, fillings, cleaning, fitting for partial denture etc. When I needed major extractions done they referred me to an oral surgeon of my choice that my insurance did cover. The staff is friendly, professional and compassionate. This office is by far the poorest experience I’ve ever received from a medical facility. They DO NOT respond to calls or messages. They do not follow-up with information about referrals or treatment plan as they say they will. We went in for an analysis of my disabled daughter’s teeth and to make a treatment plan. They were scheduling out two full Months for the fillings she needed, and they failed to explain that she would be referred to an oral surgeon for the remaining procedures. I can never get in touch with them when I desperately need it. I had a girl call me back 16 days after I had left a message with them, returning my call about how someone else had given me the number for their location instead of the oral surgeon's number they were supposed to give me. And someone else had already called prior to her "returning my call", so the issue was already resolved. They still didnt get back to me the first time until a couple days later.
