The dentist that saw my oldest son was completely fine- but front desk/scheduling for this place is a nightmare. I have had the HARDEST time getting my youngest son an appointment. Someone scheduled us when they weren’t supposed to, so we showed up and were told to come back in 4 weeks. Then our insurance apparently had my youngest located in Monmouth instead of Albany which isn’t their fault, but we weren’t told until right before our appointment so had to reschedule again. Rude office staff and horrible at returning calls for appointments.
Emily the dental assistant did a fantastic job of making me feel valued and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for my dental needs.
The people who work there are so nice and cool and chill and don't make things confusing or complicating and they do such great work on my teeth. I highly recommend them!
