I noticed this past Tuesday that my debit card had expired. I never received a new one.1st time in 12yrs that I've been a member with them that this has happened. I went to the branch on Wednesday to get a new card. They gave me one and told me that it would be able to activate on Thursday. Friday I tried to activate the card to find out that the lady in the office had blocked it. Like you would if it had been lost or stolen. Their ATM is owned by a third party, so if you have any malfunctions you cannot get your money back until the ATM company comes to maintenance it. I had a malfunction a week ago, filled out a form, was told I would hear back by Wednesday when the ATM company maintenances it. I called on Wednesday as I didn’t hear anything and someone told me that they never even filed it.
