Always helpful and kind.
I have been with this bank for YEARS. They just closed on Saturdays now as well. So now you can only go Monday - Friday until 5pm. You can't conduct business anymore. I will be leaving. I do not recommend anymore.
Members first is easy to get transactions done quickly. The staff is always very nice and helpful.
The worst bank ever. Change fees to just make a loan payment over the phone. I have two loans that I can’t login to pay online. I’ve been emailing in and calling for over a month to login to pay loans and they are always out of the office or on vacation and I finally got a call back and magically I can login with the rep on the phone after waiting so long. Don’t waste your time dealing with these folks if you have blood pressure issues.
