The worst bank ever. Change fees to just make a loan payment over the phone. I have two loans that I can’t login to pay online. I’ve been emailing in and calling for over a month to login to pay loans and they are always out of the office or on vacation and I finally got a call back and magically I can login with the rep on the phone after waiting so long. Don’t waste your time dealing with these folks if you have blood pressure issues.
I really like how I am treated at this bank and the fact that they have a program that gets high schools familiar with working and learning about banking early just makes it even better. I do think their mobile app needs some improvements and their ACH processing is a little slower than other banks but you can’t beat their customer service or community commitment.

I noticed this past Tuesday that my debit card had expired. I never received a new one.1st time in 12yrs that I've been a member with them that this has happened. I went to the branch on Wednesday to get a new card. They gave me one and told me that it would be able to activate on Thursday. Friday I tried to activate the card to find out that the lady in the office had blocked it. Like you would if it had been lost or stolen.
