I am a huge fan of MPCU!! Just recently I financed a new truck through MPCU. I worked with Filanie Warren and she was awesome!! I needed the loan to be expedited so I could get my truck in one day. Filanie made that happen!! She contacted me within a 1/2 hour of submitting the application on-line. She stayed in contact with me all day throughout the entire process and I was able to pick up my truck that day!! Easy account opening experience. Very low fees (not common for a financial institution in Massachusetts!) and friendly staff. I would recommend giving Members Plus a chance if you are looking for a great Credit Union.

The only bank that really treats their members like real family. My husband and I have been members for over 5 years now and we LOVE this bank. Although we have moved out of MA, but we kept MPCU as our primary bank. The staff is very professional, very helpful & wonderful.
A place where people actually know you by name! I've been a member for almost two years. They "opened their arms" to me with my first loan which I intended to use to help my credit. So, I thought I'd open the minimum account, pay off the loan and never use them again... I was wrong. I enjoy the smaller and more personal touch with this credit union.
