I wanted to share how helpful Tom Dalton, Bedford Branch Manager, was in resolving a problem I had with a bill payment. I have been using online payments for many years with MFCU and have never had a problem until this situation occurred. I had put in for a rather large payment to go to one of my credit card companies and it was mailed out on the day I had scheduled the payment to be made (which was 2 days before the due date) and it ended up getting there a day late.
