Don’t bank here! The branch manager is rude and doesn’t won’t to help customers. Been with this bank awhile and thinking about moving things over to another bank.
I am not a fan of the Byram location. The tellers are sweet. However, the manager of the branch & the two older ladies in the offices are not friendly. I prefer the Pearl branch over the Byram location due to customer service.
