I am not a fan of the Byram location. The tellers are sweet. However, the manager of the branch & the two older ladies in the offices are not friendly. I prefer the Pearl branch over the Byram location due to customer service.
I absolutely love this place. The staff here are so efficient and have the best customer service. Never had an issue with any transaction and I always get a call if they detect something is incorrect or unusual about my account. Best credit union I ever done business with.
