Great place
Laurie was awful . Worst customer service. Im def closing out my account just on how terrible the customer service was.
I’ve been with MCCU for along time and they have been really great to me 😊
The Miller Hill Mall branch is so slow, I could have driven to the West Duluth location, cashed my check, and driven back in the same time it took. Next time I will. I was the only car in the drive thru and there were six cars in the employee lot too, so you can’t even say they were short staffed or too busy. Like Members isn’t a bad bank or anything, but I’d be willing to bet that this branch only survives because of its location.
