Bluestone location. This is the 2nd time in 11 days that they have posted a check to the wrong account even though the specific account number was written on the check. I understand we all make mistakes, however, this has happened to me quite often.
I’m always treated with a smile and pleasantries. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Able to answer any questions respectfully. Loan officers are awesome! I appreciate being a member of this organization. Thank you for your kindness.
