Member choice is becoming a disappointment, they promote a rate but never give it and make excuse saying that they give it to 820+ credit score as an excuse to promote a rate that they know they will not give to any member. I been a member for many years and never seen this rate being so high and have a pretty high credit score and had to no go forward with them its making me look other places. Unfortunately, I was mistaken in thinking that a bad experience at the branch would be resolved by the head office. I believed they would prioritize customers and make things right—but I was wrong. I've been through financial stress and confusion with this bank, largely due to poor communication and a lack of detailed information. First off 100% props to Lacy for expertly assisting on the phone when our debit card was compromised. Lacy also advised us on how to help avoid further fraud. I look forward to stopping by the branch office to personally say thanks even though her branch office is a little further from our normal office that also has outstanding service. Consider MCCU should you ever need a loan or are looking for a financial institution. Thanks Lacy!
