The mobile and online banking statements only go so many years back. I need a statement from 2016. Also I haven't received my new debit card after it expires in the mail in like 8 or 9 years. I have to physically go to a branch and have them print a card out and the card they print out doesn't come with tap to pay! Also for the app, some things that show as pending are reflected in my available balance but others aren't, which makes it confusing to know how much money I actually have available.
First off, I'm a little sad to see this branch closing. The service I received has always been excellent. Today, Blanca assisted me with my needs in the most professional way and made my day when she advised me of the incentive I was eligible for.
I was in a rush to complete 2 things I was frustrated and impatient the staff went above and beyond to make sure they helped me in my moment of panic they were super nice and helpful . I appreciate the time and politeness of everyone present today especially Kearstin
