Been with Member's Choice for over a decade. I've had fraud hit my account from CashApp and when i reported it I was told by MCCU there was "no action needed to be taken" only to have a CashApp draft of over $800 hit my account 2 weeks later and MCCU refused to refund the money. I have filed a case with CFPB regarding it as well. Not that specific location. I have been using mccu since 2018 for my business. You forced me to close my account because of one check that was stolen. You stopped all DEPOSITS coming into my business. You stopped checks that were already out after you asked me what check numbers were still out. The arrogance in your staff, Adriana from your fraud department, is odd.
