I won't be back and will tell everybody I know not to go there. They take money out of your account without notifying you.
Beyond ridiculous in this day and age that I cannot get my money or my account for over three days now, and no one will answer my phone calls
The whole system is shut down. No online, no atm, can't find out account balance. Nothing!!! Not happy
What is going on with the bank for the few days??? I can not do anything with my card or check my account!!! They have a note on the door saying will not be open on Friday and Saturday and you can't take more then 200 out of your Account!!! They did not notify anybody and let them know that this was going to be going on with the bank!!!
Its not only a credit union there like family. I love being a member. My all time favourite is loan officer Rita. I have been banking there since 1999 they actually care about there members. Best credit union around I enjoy the Russell branch the best!!!! When I walk inside the door they always call me by my name... ill never go anywhere else. *****
So very thankful for Lois Skaggs-Branham; she’s more than just a loan officer - she’s been a friend since the day we met her! She helped us w/our home loan, car loans and everything in between! You couldn’t ask for a better person to work with!
