Plover branch is lacking customer service. They are horrible at returning phone calls. My husband called N left several messages for a loan officer during the week and never got a phone call back. I called and got through no problem literally seconds after he tried. Also they have yet to find my w2. As well as some of these woman are more than happy to talk to my husband, I show up and get treated with no respect. Nice, real nice......
The tellers have a strong LACK of customer service. I have yet to meet one that isn't rude. Maybe they should get new jobs if they are just going to act like they don't like their job and treat their customers like shit? Hmmmm. Maybe their boss Scott should know? Hmm. That's a thought
