Bad customer service, don't respond to messages or emails. I tried refinancing my mortgage and after 3 1/2 months no communication at all. Found out today that my mortgage was denied but never received anything stating why it was denied.

Our old bank that we had done business for 37 use to be that way, Not any more, They became just got too large and ;lost the personal friendliness.Now you are just a number. I work in real estate and get the opportunity to work with Shelley Young often on home loans. She has a great mentality to find solutions when problems arise. She is also quick to react when the need arises. Keep up the good work!
I couldn't open a checking account due to a person sharing my name having unpaid bills on WI Circuit Court. One would think my SSN could be checked to clear up this problem of incorrect identification, but it seems not. I'm very disappointed in the service I received, especially as I was looking forward to supporting a local credit union.
They have the BEST employees ever. Very friendly, courteous and on top of things. Couldn't ask for a better experience banking. I have been with them for about 15 years or so.
