ATM is not working 90% of the time
Customer beware. I had my first CD renew at .9 percent. When I called they told me I could get 3.**%. I can not imagine how many older people are being given this very low rate. Not understanding how they operate. Mid Penn Bank always renews me at a fair rate, I have never had to ask. See ya! It's been real.
The most discrimination bank i have never been in America. Horrible customer service asking you the same questions, over and over, but no result at the end.
Just because your bank has a function doesn’t mean we should be locked out of our accounts. I have submitted at least 5 password resets for 24 hours. You did nothing but tell me you were closed at noon. Your banking system is slow and you deliberately hold patients until Thursdays. I received emails tuesdays and Wednesdays telling me the payment was accepted from creditors. But your system takes it out Thursday evening. After midnight. Forcing overdraft and giving you payments.
