I cannot express in words how this branch does not just want a business account with people but how they financially supported my business by buying my t-shirts. #WRGOA provides the community a customer service auditing service and we give 5 out of 5 stars. I hope all of members 1st learns from this branch on how well to treat customers

Quite like this credit union, people are friendly, the app works well with few issues. The only thing I'd change is they have financial advice services, like mortgage advisors, available that I wish were available to meet in person rather than a phone or video call. Also wish there was a location closer to the Hamburg or Leesport area.

DO NOT DO Business WITH THIS CREADIT UNION. I PAID MY CAR OFF PLUS INTEREST AND THEY TOOK ANOTHER PAYMENT OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT I MADE 5 PHONE CALLS TO THEM ABOUT THE BALANCE NOT COMING OFF .I ASK THEM TO REFUND MY EXTRA PAYMENT THAT I DIDN'T Authorize SINCE THE CAR WAS PAID OFF OVER 5,000 DOLLARS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS A LIE! THEN THEY TOLD ME THE OVER PAYMENT WOULD BE PUT INTO A SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH MEMBERS 1ST. THAT WAS A LIE!! Ali & Madeline are awesome to work with and provide me with a level of personal service long forgotten in the banking world.
