Came into Members 1st FCU this afternoon and asked if I could borrow a small amount to get my vehicle fixed but no I was made feel like I am incapable of paying it back, eventhough I have never missed or been late on any payment of the current loan, once I get this other loan paid I will never ask again yet you want your members to feel good about continuously to do business. Honestly what are you afraid of.

I enjoy members first very very much. However, this branch is so ridiculously slow every time you come whether you go to the drive-through or into the branch, it should not take seven minutes standing in front of the counter for the girl to count a $228 car payment and process it. The person before me was making a deposit and someone at the other teller was also making a loan payment. Very VERY long wait times here. Perhaps the tellers need more training? I love this place. Staff is friendly and very helpful. If I have a complicated question they are right there to help me! I have another bank but I love the credit union much better

Thanks for closing early. Who's in charge here. They should be fired. Your hours are already awful and you close early.
