I recently had the pleasure of being served by associate Angela at the N Lockwillow branch. Her professionalism and helpfulness was much appreciated. Members 1st is a wonderful credit union because of their staff.
Great all around
I was told that my problem was resolved,but it wasn't. The lady told me the hold on my card has been lifted and all I had to do was wait 5 or 10 minutes for it to refresh. An hour later, i go to the atm and it says declined. So I figured maybe she was a bit hasty with the 5 to 10 minute deal and I figured I'll try a little bit later. Several hours later, I go back to atm and it still says declined. I know my funds are good, so I am sure that the lady simply didn't do something right.
