Branch personal are great but the loan department is no longer at the branches and is very slow. 2 days of dealing through the branch then it is sent to the loan department, then if there are any issues with the paperwork things go back and forth through multiple people. This is why there are issues. This is very disappointing. I will be thinking before doing any through the members1st loan department again.
