Wow that other review is such a crock! I went for a car loan at members 1st and they took over 3 days to get the check ready. I almost lost the car because of the hold up. Capital One, although a slightly higher interest rate, had a check to me in 24 hours. Even PSECU was faster! There rates arent the worst but they certainly arent the best either.
I am very glad i went to Members first.The Bank that i belong to (5 years) now would never give me a loan for a vehicle...EVER! I couldnt even get pre-approved for any amount of money! I called Members first on a Thursday asking for a small car loan, by Friday afternoon i had been approved for my loan and had a check in my hand(No kidding!)! I am now in the process of closing my account with my bank and transfering it all over to Members first. The service was great from Jennifer, my loan officer. I am giving them an excelle... read more
