Was just hung up on by very rude banking assistant Chantel, instead of trying to be helpful to try to resolve some online banking issues, her answers were "I cant" instead of treating me decently and saying " let try to help you resolve this" If this is the way SCCU trains employees who have 250k+ in deposits, then it's time for us to move our deposits elsewhere.
