I've been in a lot of banks and credit unions in my life. Every time I go into this Virginia Credit Union I get exceptionally great service. I was in there Friday Sept 11and I just had to tell them that I've never been in a friendlier and more efficient place. Every other business should take this as an example of how to conduct customer service.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever had. I don’t know why they merged from Member One to Virginia Credit Union but it is absolutely horrible now. I was not a fan of Member One and I will be closing my Virginia Credit Union account and going elsewhere. The products are subpar. Nothing works properly since the switch over and I’ve never experienced such poor service. I go into the bank for help and I just get told to call a number.
