I stopped by the Member One Credit Union on Timberlake Road for help with my account, and Jordan Castro assisted me. He was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Afterwards I was looking for his supervisor so I could pass along positive feedback, and maybe suggest a raise, but they must have been at lunch. Thank you for having such good employees, and please remember to take good care of them so they stick around.
Just try to get a Auto Loan payoff over the phone. I dare you. Terrible experience.
