NIGHTMARE since the VACU merger. My debit card gets shut off on Sunday and they haven't even sent me a new one or told me any new updated account information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH.

I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau who then forwarded it to the NCUA. When signing up with a local credit union you expect CARE, not CORPORATION. I stopped by the Member One Credit Union on Timberlake Road for help with my account, and Jordan Castro assisted me. He was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Afterwards I was looking for his supervisor so I could pass along positive feedback, and maybe suggest a raise, but they must have been at lunch. Thank you for having such good employees, and please remember to take good care of them so they stick around.
