I wanted to start of by saying, I found Member One through the dealership where I bought my car. It was a quick and easy start to a financial relationship and I never had any problems with my long, until I did. I won't say her name to protect her privacy, although I wish I could so she could get the recognition she deserves but I recently had an ordeal with getting an ex's name off of my loan. The woman that took my case was absolute heaven to work with. She Made everything super easy and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. She was A literal angel in a really messy time and did not leave me waiting for anything.
Staff is always courteous and efficient.
