My husband and I have been loyal customers to MEM Tea for years. Really enjoyed their loose leaf tea selections! Our fav is Yunnan Purple Twist Black tea! If you are serious about your tea, you have to visit here!
This is totally unacceptable! I drove 50 minutes to this place to try the famous Marukyu Koyamaen matcha. I bought 3 tins and 2 of them are expired. They put a sticker over the expiration date on the bottom so I couldn't see it in the store. I can't for the life of my understand why they would cover up the expiration date other than to be shady and try to hide it. Don't buy the Unkaku or Kinrin as both are expired. Who knows about the other ones but I would peel off the sticker and check if you purchase.
Wonderful selection of teas. Got golden bud milk oolong as strongly recommended by online bloggers. It smells aromatic and tastes quite smooth. However, the fragrant is quite strong, making me slightly suspicious of artificial flavoring. Great tea overall.

My favorites include Darjeeling, jasmine green (Dragon Pearl), Assam, and Irish Breakfast. Each packing comes with brewing instructions for the water temperature, quantity and steeping time. They always have two pitchers of tea to sample. Enjoy!
