MEM Landscaping in Fairburn and Palmetto. I purchased 2 trees from them in November 2014. I had them plant these trees. One tree is a Memorial for my Mom who passed away in July 2014. As of today June 2015 the 50 Gal Dogwood I had planted has not bloomed. No leaves no nothing. I went to the nursery in May of 2015 asking for some help.
