My HOA had them for two years and several residents begged us to get rid of them. When they showed up, the work was acceptable. There's no communication when they are not showing up. This is despite having a contract and them having serviced us for two years. Finally, I called the three days ago because our community had not been serviced per our contract and was told they were out of business because the insurance was high. We are now stuck with a forest and no service.
After reading the good reviews for this company. I contacted them for an estimate for landscaping around our home. I was told that I would be placed on a waitlist. I was contacted approx a week later by an associate at 8am on 5/15/18. We scheduled a 1 p.m. appointment. I left work to meet them for the 1pm apt. At 1:20 I had not heard anything from anyone from this company. I called the associate and inquired about their arrival time.
