I experienced hair loss most likely as a result of post menopause. I made my initial appointment with Mel during COVID and she was willing to see me during this unsettling time. Mel was comforting and professional. She recommended a "topper" hair piece and it is GORGEOUS! Totally natural looking and easy to wear every day. It gave me the confidence I used to have prior to hair loss. Mel is a gem and I will be forever grateful for her expertise and knowledge.
Mel is the absolute best, her patience and attention to detail was amazing, she makes you feel like you are sitting in your home, so comfortable! She gave me my confidence back. I am in love with my hair.

I first went to her after I lost all my hair from chemo. She was patient and kind and listened to my frustrations after losing my hair. My hair grew back differently and she has helped me select products and things to do at home with helping strengthen my hair. Mel is one of the kindest and genuine people I've had the pleasure of knowing.
