Great care and wonderful service and treatment. Warm caring environment, easy to schedule appointments.
Excellent treatment. Dr. Leifert & his son Dr. Leifert are the best! Friendly, calming, great at explaining whats going on in a sensible way. All the dental staff assistants are also wonderful. My kids like going! I too wish their office /desk person Joy, could be less snotty & try to really help as opposed to pretending she is trying to help but just insists you come in when she wants you to. Doctor Leifert is a wonderful doctor. However the secretary Joy unlike the meaning of her name, is obnoxious, very rude and discourteous. I noticed many sitters bring kids for appointments and her behavior towards them was very disrespectful. She talked down to them in a very diminishing manner. I had noticed this behavior on more than three occasions until one day I confronted her, of course she totally changed her attitude at the moment. I was so disappointed. dr. leifert is the best in his field and he has a soft touch that has to be the result of years of experience- he's the best
