Our furniture is heavy but for Trent and Malachi it was easy. Came in and took over my task. Will call Melvyn Moving again.
Trent and Brandon did a 1 bedroom apartment move for us this past weekend. Great communication, prompt and they are so kind and considerate. They went out of their way to offer any other assistance needed before they left…. 5 minutes later we realized that the new bed frame wouldn’t accommodate the mattress and box springs. I hired this company to unload some furniture (3 mattress, 3 bed frames, and several boxes, no sofa, no big furniture) and gave the movers my key so they could have access. The amount of stuff to move wasn’t much, but they worked really slowly. If I hadn’t stepped in and moved a lot of the items myself, it would’ve easily taken them over two hours, which felt like an intentional move to rack up overtime fees. Melvyn Moving helped us move from Dacula to Cumming. Trent worked with us very closely to help plan the move. He was flexible to our schedule. On the day of the move his crew worked a good long day to move all of the things and set the furniture up at our home in Cumming. We had discussed them including removal of cardboard boxes in the estimate. When we were done unpacking Trent came and picked up all of the cardboard boxes. Trent and the Melvyn Moving did an awesome job with our move. We highly recommend them.
