Very disappointing first impression!!! I was contacted by the stylist yesterday about getting in today (Friday September 18th) for some reason unknown to me. My first thought was either she was overbooked or someone is paying more to be in my spot. Either way, I told her "no, I wouldn't be able to make it" and more importantly, the owner Mrs C is scheduled my appointment in which, was scheduled late August.
